Introduction of the bioreactor fermenter :
bioreactor fermenter mainly consists of tank body,mixer,baffle plate,air distributor,cooling tube,manhole,integrated visual mirror and lamp etc.
bioreactor fermenter is used for mechanical mixing and fermentation of matters.This equipment adopts internal circulation to disperse and smarch air bubbles by mixing oar,fast dissolving oxygan,good in mixing effect.The tank body adopts SUS304 stainless steel.Inside the tank is equipped with automatic sprinkle-nozzle,to ensure production process conforms to GMP standard.
Structure of bioreactor fermenter :
Volume from 50L-20000L, could be customized according to customer needs.
Three layer structure: Inner body, jacket and insulated, insulated layer filled with insulation material.
Inner wall polish less 0.4um, Outside finish could be stain or mirror polish.
Conical bottom shape, cooling jacketed could adopt dimple jacketed, arched and corrugated access jacket.
Application of bioreactor fermenter
MaterialWetted parts are SS316L, and others is SS304.
Surface finishinside surface is 0.28-0.4μm by mechanical polish, ( passivation or electro-polish are optional )
outside surface is 0.4-0.8μm by satin finish.

Working pressure inside jacket:0.3mpa

Pressure can be also designed according to client’s detail requirement.
